With over 25 years of experience representing professional athletes, Bill Duffy is one of the most successful and respected agents in professional sports.  In 1998, Bill founded BDA Sports Management, a full service firm providing clients with high quality career management and the tools necessary to enhance personal growth and achievement.  With each client, he focuses on individual needs and long term career planning.  Bill assembled a knowledgeable staff so that each client receives unmatched personal attention and guidance.

Billy Kuenzinger joined BDA with over 15 years of legal experience in the private sector, during which time his practice included significant work in the sports and entertainment industry. Billy oversees all corporate governance, business and operational matters for both BDA’s domestic and international operations. Billy also handles and oversees matters for BDA’s players including endorsement and licensing agreements, complex business transactions, and general legal issues.

Julie has been very instrumental in the emergence of BDA as one of the leading sports management firms in the industry. She oversees the day-to-day operations and manages all financial aspects of the company. Julie has created business techniques that have enabled the company to function with precision and flawlessness on a global basis. Julie also works with the clients’ accountants, financial managers and investors, ensuring that their money matters are handled properly so their focus can remain on the court.

Calvin Andrews has been involved in the basketball world from his early days as a star player at El Cerrito High School in Northern California From there he went on to a solid career at Montana State University from 1985 to 1989. During Calvin’s career at MSU the program experienced unparalleled success. They won the Big Sky Conference in 1989 & 1990, played in the 1990 NCAA Tournament,  and in 1991 participated in the NIT Tournament. Calvin closed out his career by being chosen for the prestigious “Golden Bobcat Scholar Athlete Award”, an award given to a deserving student for academic & athletic success.

Kevin Bradbury brings more than ten years of sports marketing, brand/image development and business management experience to BDA. Kevin’s philosophy on player management centers on every player being their own unique brand with his focus being to provide clients with strategic guidance and leadership to maximize their potential on and off the court.

Mike Conley, Sr. adds his expertise in the business and sporting world to BDA Sports Management, joining the firm in 2007.  As part of BDA sports, he represents clients including the number 1, 4 and 21st picks in the 2007th NBA Draft, Greg Oden of the Portland Trail Blazers, Michael Conley Jr of the Memphis Grizzlies and Daequan Cook of the Miami Heat. He also represents the 19th pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, Jeff Teague of the Atlanta Hawks.

Todd Ramasar handles athlete recruitment and contracts while providing clients with strategic guidance and leadership to maximize their potential. Prior to joining BDA, Todd built Life Sports Management, a full-service agency designed to focus on the athlete’s life, both on and off the court.  Todd managed talent acquisition, basketball operations, contract negotiations, pre-draft training and skill development as well as endorsements, resulting in millions of dollars in contracts for his players.

Ugo leads BDA operations in Africa where his basketball roots have enabled him to build an extensive network of contacts. Ugo is passionate about the development of the game of basketball in Africa and through his network, Ugo directs BDA's Early Talent Identification Program as well as basketball tournaments, camps and Basketball Academy's in Africa, Ugo also represents all BDA African players and provides his clients with long term career planning tailored to country of origin, culture and society.

As VP Contract Research and Basketball Operations, David brings 15 years of NBA experience, and 20+ years of business experience. David spent ten years at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) in the capacity of Director of Finance and Administration. At the NBPA David was the Players' union in-house salary cap expert, providing both players and agents with collective bargaining interpretation, advice and education. David also was a key member of the NBPA Collective Bargaining Negotiation Team.

As Chief Marketing Officer for BDA Sports, Bill brings Entertainment industry expertise to help athletes project and maintain a polished image, and to maximize endorsement opportunities. Bill believes the key to effective player marketing is the definition of the target market, the identification of appropriate corporate partners and the formulation of an effective individual player strategy. Bill is dedicated to the development of individual marketing strategies that highlight each player's strengths, talents and interests.

Kristina received her master’s degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Utah and has since spent all her time working in professional sports and entertainment. Her sports background includes time spent with the Sacramento Monarchs as well as working with individual professional athletes, providing a wide variety of PR services, including red-carpet premieres, charity events, sponsorship agreements and executing media relations.

Jody Evans joined BDA Sports Management in May of 2007. Prior to joining BDA Sports Jody worked for the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2006-2007 NBA Season. During her time with the Lakers, Jody facilitated player and media interactions, handled numerous PR requests, aided in the execution of community events such as NBA Care’s Read to Achieve, and assisted with the nomination of Lakers coach Phil Jackson into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Nicole provides support to BDA’s player representatives, manages the clientele’s career/personal pursuits and coordinates various company projects. Her player representative support duties include planning, implementation of player goals, recruiting assistance, shoe contract management, and team communications.

Jamar is responsible for assisting BDA clients within the east coast region as well as specific players assigned to him make a smooth transition to the professional ranks. He works side by side with BDA agents. Jamar is involved with many aspects of client management ranging from recruiting, shoe contracts, the set up of strength/conditioning programs and basketball skills training for BDA athletes. A former New York   High School basketball standout, Jamar also set assist records while playing @ Illinois State University and finished 2nd in Missouri Valley Conference history in assists.

As co-founder and President of BDA Sports International, Rade is an integral component of BDA Sports International powerful presence in Europe . Rade has recruited some of the very best European players, including Hervelle Axel, Andris Biedrins, Rasho Nesterovic, Marko Jaric, Jaka Lakovic, Kosta Perovic, Goran Dragic and Matjas Smodis. His obligations include managing, marketing and the placement of European clients as well as American clients in Europe . American clients he has placed in Europe includes Louise Bullock, Shammond Williams, Travis Hansen, Antonio Granger and others.

Amy oversees the day-to-day operations and strategies of BDA Sports International. Her responsibilities include overseeing all correspondence with domestic and overseas clubs, general marketplace, and other constituencies. She manages financial activities of BDA Sports International and acts as a liaison in relations to compensation for clients and the company. Amy works closely with the President on client contract development and all client service related activities. She enjoys supporting clients to ensure that their individual off-the-court needs are met.

Vladimir (Vlado) Dragutinovic is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the BDA offices in Bologna , Italy and Belgrade , Yugoslavia . Vlado's presence gives BDA a representative on the ground in Europe , giving our clients a local presence for all of their needs. Vlado's responsibilities include assistance to all BDA clients who are playing in Europe , assistance in the player transition into new foreign countries, and international scouting. Vlado attends important Euroleague events, including league championship tournaments and national championship tournaments. Vlado also supplies the BDA home offices in the United States with daily progress reports, allowing us to closely monitor the status of our clients there.

Quique was born and raised in Madrid , Spain . His passion for sports started early in his life with track and field, volleyball, team handball, and swimming. At the age of 16 Quique got involved with basketball and two years later signed his first professional contract. He played basketball at professional level during 16 seasons (retired in 2000).

As Senior Director of French Basketball, Oliver represents several male and female athletes at the French Professional Level. Prior to joining BDA, Olivier worked in the financial department of an international advertising company.
