As BDA Sports represents Steve Nash, Carmelo Anthony, Yao Ming, Greg Oden and other NBA and overseas players, Bill Duffy has been involved in pro sports representation for over twenty years. He parlayed a successful career as a player, from college days at the University of Minnesota and Santa Clara University, to being named the Denver Nuggets fourth pick in the 1982 NBA Draft, into a position as one of the most successful and respected sports agents in the industry.

As Chief Marketing Officer for BDA Sports, Bill brings Entertainment industry expertise to help athletes project and maintain a polished image, and to maximize endorsement opportunities. Bill believes the key to effective player marketing is the definition of the target market, the identification of appropriate corporate partners and the formulation of an effective individual player strategy. Bill is dedicated to the development of individual marketing strategies that highlight each player's strengths, talents and interests.

As the director of public relations, Ilana focuses on national and regional public relations efforts for all BDA clients. Ilana will focus on the corporate publicity for BDA Sports Management as a whole and on the media relations and community relations endeavors of BDA clientele.
Prior to joining BDA, Ilana held the position as public relations manager at Phat Farm working with mogul Russell Simmons on his efforts in menswear and the launch of his new clothing line Russell Simmons Argyle Culture.

Jody Evans joined BDA Sports Management in May of 2007. Prior to joining BDA Sports Jody worked for the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2006-2007 NBA Season. During her time with the Lakers, Jody facilitated player and media interactions, handled numerous PR requests, aided in the execution of community events such as NBA Care’s Read to Achieve, and assisted with the nomination of Lakers coach Phil Jackson into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Julie has been very instrumental in the emergence of BDA as one of the leading sports management firms in the industry. She oversees the day-to-day operations and manages all financial aspects of the company. Julie has created business techniques that have enabled the company to function with precision and flawlessness on a global basis. Julie also works with the clients’ accountants, financial managers and investors, ensuring that their money matters are handled properly so their focus can remain on the court. She handles all internal and external financial matters, which enables the company to prosper efficiently. Her attention to detail sets the trend for the rest of the company.

As VP Contract Research and Basketball Operations, David brings 15 years of NBA experience, and 20+ years of business experience. David spent ten years at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) in the capacity of Director of Finance and Administration. At the NBPA David was the Players' union in-house salary cap expert, providing both players and agents with collective bargaining interpretation, advice and education. David also was a key member of the NBPA Collective Bargaining Negotiation Team.

Lindsay leads BDA’s Women’s Elite division, handling the representation and management of BDA’s WNBA players while supplementing BDA’s NBA player focus with an emphasis on events, charitable giving and special projects. Upon joining BDA, Lindsay spearheaded the founding of BDAgiving, BDA’s charitable arm – the first of its kind in the field of athlete representation.

Nicole provides support to BDA’s player representatives, manages the clientele’s career/personal pursuits and coordinates various company projects.
Her player representative support duties include planning, implementation of player goals, recruiting assistance, shoe contract management, and team communications.

She manages financial activities of BDA Sports International and acts as a liaison in relations to compensation for clients and the company. Amy works closely with the Vice President on client contract development and all client service related activities. She enjoys supporting clients to ensure that their individual off-the-court needs are met.
